Loan Size:   ▪  Max Loan - $1,500,000  ▪  Min Loan - $150,000   

Amortization:  30 years for Type A Property and 25 years for Type B Property. All loans adjust every year after expiration of initial fixed period and readjust to margins stated above.

Index: Wall Street Journal Prime.

Caps: Adjustable programs are 2.0% for all reset dates. Life cap is 6%.   Floor on all loans is equal to initial rate.  

Prepayment Penalties:  4% years one and two, 3% year three and 2% year four.
